The heart of my work is centered around a holistic approach to health and wellness taking into consideration the many different aspects of ones life – emotional regulation, thinking process, morals/beliefs/values, relationships, support systems, surrounding environment, nutritional well-being, physical health, sleep and self-care.  Using this type of approach allows for a greater life balance and can be customized person to person based on their individual needs.
